Lindsay Dahlin named Outstanding Customer Service Professional by Acuity

It's not surprising to us or Lindsay's clients that she was recognized as Outstanding Customer Service Professional by one of our large insurance companies, Acuity. Lindsay Dahlin, Commercial Lines Account Manager in our Grand Forks, ND office, Thompson-Schaefer Insurnace, has long been recognized by those that work with her as someone outstanding.

"Lindsay is a hard-working professional, with an eye for detail and good communication skills," says Kelly Hjelle, her branch manager. "It's important to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers," Lindsay says. How does she do it? "You need to take the time to listen to what customers need and get their questions answered as quickly as possible." She enjoys working with customers and colleagues and appreciates the close-knit nature of the Grand Forks office. "We make a great team and share the same commitment to customer service," she says, "We're like family."
